Adam Something: Refuting His Fatal Flaw of Free Market Capitalism

In this video I refute Adam Something on the fatal flaw of free market capitalism. As always what you find are the baseless claims and assertions about capitalism, critiques always make such baseless claims without providing any real world examples to back up what they claim and Adam Something is really no different.

From his made up scenario of being stranded on an island, to his baseless claims regarding totalitarianism comparing business owners to that of 17th century feudal lords illustrates how irrational Adam Something really is. It is every bit as infantile as the claim that working for a company owner equates to slavery, when in reality, it doesn't.

I've illustrated in other videos proving that even throughout the 19th century, such history contradicts his fallacious claims which he tries to go down the usual route of claiming how 'exploitative' capitalism is without going into detail about his alternative, that's because the alternative is an absolute disaster that nobody in the right mind could defend to make argument for.

It is important to reiterate the fact that without the ability for a private individual owner to own and run their own private business, there is no private individual ownership, therefore, no individual ownership. Complaining that a private company owner is the one who dictates how a business is run illustrates the ignorance of the likes of Adam Something, he completely ignores the fact the owner and creator of the business has his or her rights to have created the business in the first place and it is rightfully their own property. To lay claim that employees should have some right in how it is run is erroneous, after all, an employee is not employed for such reason and an employee becomes an employee through voluntary contractual agreement.

Adam Something goes off on a tangent which I didn't go into too much detail about people moving, a free market opens up vast opportunity, they wouldn't need to move, but how convenient of him to use that argument, given the fact his socialism has destroyed the job market and forced people to do just that, Scotland is a prime example for this, why else you think businesses are packing up and moving South of the border?

Even his argument regarding Anarcho-Capitalism is erroneous, making such a baseless claim with nothing to back it with that private security would somehow quickly centralise and act as a gestapo for a company, making such a baseless assertion that under such a system a business owner could commit violent crime and wouldn't be punished for it. Again, nothing to back up such baseless claims, just lunacy ignoring the fact Anarcho-Capitalism is not lawless.

It's quite rich he speaks about dictatorship given the fact that in order to maintain a position of so-called equality and keeping private individual ownership out of sight, it requires a dictator across a large populated country. Of course, simple common sense evades these people, not once has collectivism ever avoided totalitarianism, quite convenient given his anti-capitalist rhetoric against private ownership.
