Close your eyes. Imagine the silence. A black screen and you're in the middle of it. Sitting with your eyes closed.
Take a deep breath for a count of 4. Hold the breath for a mental count of 4. Slowly release it for a count of 4. Do this for two more times. Return to breathing as usual.

Now open your eyes. As you watch this video, carefully and calmly observe each landscape. Start imagining yourself in each of these places. How beautiful! This is our Planet, our wonderful world, and our home. It was given to us as a gift. Start thanking the Creator of all that is.
