KA-BAR Backpack Kaster

I've decided I want to give fishing another try, but I want to fish the way I did when I was a kid. We couldn't afford poles when I was a kid, so we made our own wooden throw-lines.
I saw this KA-Bar Backpack Kaster ( a Throw-line ) on the internet and I'm going to give it a try.
