NO PREPARATION SOLO BIKE RIDE - TRECE MARTIRES, CAVITE TO CALAMBA, LAGUNA (47.5 KM)

This video features my fastest recorded descending mountain bike ride in STRAVA (around 57-62 km/hr). This fast ride happened by chance. I was lost and I just rode until I recognized the road since relying in Google Maps has put me in trouble before. I also encountered some palpitations and cramps on the way and offered some steps I personally take to overcome these challenges. I really enjoyed this ride. I hope you enjoy watching it and get encouraged to buy a bike, if you have not yet done so, and start bike commuting. This video is also my first time to use a speedometer and gradient meter (based on VIRB imported from STRAVA).
