A Link To The Past Randomizer (ALTTPR) - Inverted Worlds, Randomized Small Keys

The next ALTTP Randomizer seed is a simpler seed than the previous one, with inverted worlds and small keys for dungeons that can be found anywhere (though Big Keys are not randomized so it's not Keysanity). Hard Item Functionality is also in play here, meaning potions and boomerangs are less effective, and you can't use Silver Arrows until Ganon!
