After weeks of occupation, Russian troops have reportedly left Ukraine's Chernobyl nuclear power plant. However, the invaders have reportedly taken an unspecified number of Ukrainian servicemen as hostages. Ukraine's President Zelensky has stripped two generals of their ranks for being “traitors”. Russian President Putin has reportedly signed an order to add 134,500 conscripts to the Russian army. Meanwhile, US President Biden has said that Putin may have put some advisors “under house arrest”.
