Interlude: Barry "The Birdman" Davis - Sleaziest stock promoter of all time

When it comes to stock promotions, Barry Davis is a legend. This guy is old school; he gets on the phone and grinds it out. He's been involved in some of the most nefarious pump and dump schemes of the 80s, 90s and even today. His most recent "successful" pump was that in 2019 in which he partook in PRED's rise and fall. It wasn't until Hindenburg Research fully exposing the fraud that it finally crashed.
