At approximately 00:41 hr, I was at the second floor amenity balcony with a clear view of the apartment inner courtyard with a bbq area, clubhouse, and pool area. However, I detected a dark figure inside the pool area at the right corner next to the palm tree and then I pulled out my flashlight to spotlight the dark figure, additionally revealing an individual hiding inside a blanket. I ultimately descended from the second floor stairwell to the first floor inner courtyard, and before entering the pool, I didn’t noticed a white chair next to the pool entrance where the transient placed the chair to climb over the pool fence, therefore, I climbed over the fence and the key fob that I have my employers client provided me does not work to open the pool entrance after hours. I then recorded my interaction with the transient and he does not live in the apartments, moreover I escorted him out of the premises.
