This video is fun, explosive, interactive and filled with games designed to help kids with huge amounts of energy release that energy in a positive way. The kids, as an added bonus, will also be learning some cool new skills throughout the process.

In this kids karate lesson, kids will learn basic self defence techniques that are effective to use when someone punches or pushes them. They will also learn a hook punch, whilst having the whole episode themed Harry Potter - The Chamber Of Secrets.

Kids will follow along as we duck, jump, strike, punch, defeat bad guys and so much more!

Themed with Harry Potter from The Chamber of Secrets' characters and challenges, this will engage kids positively and help them burn through tons of energy.

It's self defence and martial arts based, with karate and taekwondo basics to help the kids learn in a disciplined and positive way.
