Making whiny comments on a business' public YouTube page is the type of behavior that we expect(and, admittedly, will tolerate) from end customers. End customers pay a higher rate, which entitles them to act like a "customer."

Repair shops, who pay wholesale rates, should never act like a customer. We're not even talking about it from just a price point of view here. Repair shops deal with this type of behavior every-single-day; how can they inflict this on other repair shops with a clean conscience?
