What makes for equilibrium in the housing market? Where are we now? Jason Hartman takes us through some housing market data from Altos Research and talks about what impact increasing loan limits, regulations and gentrification have on the housing market.

What most experts will tell us is that to have an a market that is in equilibrium, we should have about 1.5 million homes for sale at any given time. Our current inventory would have to increase by 500% to reach those levels!
