Don't Doubt in the Dark What You Heard in the Light - WFW 2-02 Word for Wednesday

Many times when adversity comes against us in our Christian walk through various life circumstances, we begin to question whether we are really on the right path and if we correctly heard the Lord's voice. However, just as when the disciples were on the storm-tossed sea in a boat, knowing that Jesus had indeed told them to cross to the other side - we have to trust that what we heard the Lord say to us "on the shore, in good weather," was indeed His command! Then we can be confident we are in His will and he will not allow us to be overcome but bring us safely to the other side!
