Election Investigation/Audit News! Ballot Drops @ Night in Arizona and Georgia? Can I Decode PCaps?

Their is a report claiming that their were ballot traffickers in Georgia and AZ during the 2020 election. The group making the claim is True The Vote. The things they are claiming seem almost to good to be true but if it is true we will see what comes of this.

I tried to decode the Pcaps of the Cyber Data myself for Maricopa County AZ. This was done by using the rolling election data. I only analyzed a few seconds of it but what I found was very interesting!
