Course Description
Spiritual Ecology is a process of understanding our spiritual relationship with nature. This course helps individuals create that connection with a blend of traditional learning/lectures and field work out in nature. Unlike a university course, students are encouraged to go at their own pace, integrate their academic revelations with nature, and learn in a playful way.

Three paths of learning exist for students

1. Enjoy yourself as you watch the lectures and fieldwork.

2. Students have the option to submit assignments that will be reviewed/edited by Ian for free. Spiritual Ecology Those who complete the course will receive a credit toward a degree from The Lit University (launching in September.)

3. Read the texts and submit assignments. Having people read and write about spiritual ecology is the most important thing!

Course Structure
This course is a blend of an eccentric university course with a trippy professor and a renegade nature workshop.
But, it will go 10x deeper than anything ever created and be FREE FOREVER. Teaching others how to tap into their ecological consciousness is the first step in changing the world.
There will be video presentations for each chapter in every book, 75 in total. Ten fieldwork presentations shot in nature are also a part of the course.

Students will write journals after each lecture, book reports after each book, and a final essay (more on that below.) Students can go at their own pace.

Students are encouraged to write original creative pieces that cite and build off the required texts. You will be a better writer, thinker, and nature lover by the end of this!

Required Books
This course requires students to have read five books. You won't be able to complete the academic part of this course without them. All of these books are available online for ANY budget if you know where to look.
