Filming for a show that took six lives in its first season, Dave Arnold found himself and his helicopter pilot, during a shoot of The Deadliest Catch, disoriented at sea and low on fuel...a combination often leading to imminent death. As Dave says, “If what you are doing scares you, you are doing it right.” Sounding like an adrenaline Junkie, he is everything but. Originating from humble beginnings, Dave worked his way up through a production company from sweeping the floors to operating some of the most complex camera systems, without even earning a college degree. Eventually moving to a quiet community above the clouds just outside of LA, how does a self-proclaimed simple man find himself fighting an organized crime ring?
