Cops Driving Illegal Vehicles Making Traffic Stops. Officer Sicard. Salem Mass.

These 2 traffic stops were on Saturday August 7th 2021 at approximately 18:02 and Friday September 10th 2021 at approximately 10:27 on North and Federal streets. Here in Massachusetts all vehicles have to be inspected both for safety and emissions. If the present day is beyond the number of the month and year marked on the sticker it is expired and the vehicle should no be on the roads until inspected.

Officer Fisher accepted the fact that I pointed out his sticker was expired and said he would being it back to the station. Officer Sicard was a smart ass and said he used his own discretion and gave himself a verbal warning while he still makes traffic stops in he illegal vehicle.
