Talking about the Spring S.E.T - Simulated Emergency Test.

This past weekend was the Simulated Emergency Test for the Western PA region. This exercise is done twice a year, spring and fall. It is or should be the biggest emergency drill of the year. I didn't film during the drill I just forgot, but the is a little setup clip and they I do a recap.
