Rich Franklin - Quite Franklin - Dr. Michael Wood Jr.

Dr. Michael Wood is a retired USMC vet who advocated for change in police policy after he left his department in Baltimore. Some of the public has been pushing for defunding police efforts, however Wood offered alternative solutions of reform to policing and strong correlating factors to the causes of violent crimes. While many people examine race as an issue for many of our problems in our policing today, Dr. Wood looks at what he believes is the real root of the problem.
