Oath Breakers Enforce Unconstitutional Laws. Collier County Sheriff's. Naples. Florida.

This was on Wednesday November 10th 2021 at approximately 10:35, in Collier County Naples Florida. I was with Jay Surreal Camera as we came across a "vehicle stop". This stop was for a bicycle without a light on the front. This law is absolutely unconstitutional as they claim a bicycle is a vehicle and the person riding the bike is a "driver" yet you do not need a "drivers license" to ride a bike. All legal definitions prove this law to be unconstitutional and a way to easily discrimination and violate people's rights without an actual crime being committed. I added in an interaction with some CopSuckers that talked alot while driving by but not when we caught up with them and confromted them.
