Internal Affairs Cover Up. Rights Violations. Nelson Milano #255 Bodycam. Springfield Police. Mass.

This is a follow up to to an interaction and internal Affairs investigation of rights violations Press NH Now and myself were victims of on March 22, 2021 in Springfield Massachusetts by 5 officers including 1 superior. At the end of the internal affairs investigation they said that their officers did not violate any policies and were within the standards of this police department. This is the bodycam footage of Officer Nelson Milano #255. He was absolutely the most unprofessional officer on scene besides his supervisor Lieutenant Randolph. Internal affairs absolutely covered up this situation because they did not only violate rights on a federal level but Milano also violated Massachusetts general law chapter 41 section 98D which is a police identification law.
