**ARRESTED** For FILMING. Face To Face With TYRANNY. CHARGES **DISMISSED** Detective Jorge Oro. LCSO

This was on November 12th 2021 at approximately 1135, at an alleged stolen car, felony stop, in Fort Myers, Florida. I arrived on scene with Jay Surreal Camera and Chuck Bronson was on his way. We were approached within 3 minutes by detective Jorge Oro. As we started documenting the stop and all vehicles on scene. He told us he wanted us to back away from the scene and not for any lawful reason just because he felt a certain way. Of course I refused to listen to his unlawful orders, which got him pretty upset. As Jay surreal got his attention I made my way over to the side of his vehicle to see if I could capture what was on his computer screen.

This did not settle well with detective Oro once again, he started claiming that it was against the law to film his screen because there was personal and private information on there. This officer has zero concept of actual law and all of his actions are based off of feelings. He also gave very conflicting orders sayin "you can't step away from the car" and "do not move away from me". I have added in some more content to give you more of a context of how this sheriff's department is run. Also there is much more video that I am going to put together as a full edit.
