31st MEU Marines implement Force Design 2030 concepts

August 24, 2021 - U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) set up a Combat Service Support Area (CSSA) in the Central Training Area, Okinawa, Japan. The Marines implemented Force Design 2030 concepts in order to test, validate and discover ways to become a more lethal presence in the Indo-Pacific region.
