18 Shot, 6 Killed in downtown Sacramento - At the crime scene

I was just at the scene in downtown Sacramento where 6 were killed and 12 others shot early this morning. It's 7 blocks from me and 2 blocks from the Capitol building. A lot going on. A guy yelling there won’t be peace, a witness saying he thinks one gunner had a “drum” for a magazine. Sounded like automatic weapons. Two groups were shooting. Police shut down several blocks. Unreal. I haven't seen anything like this in all the years I've lived in midtown.
