All Out was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on September 5, 2021, at the Now Arena in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It was the third event in the All Out chronology, and the first to be held on a Sunday. It was also AEW's first pay-per-view held outside of Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida, since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.

Ten matches were contested at the event, including one on the pre-show. In the main event, Kenny Omega defeated Christian Cage for the AEW World Championship. In other prominent matches, CM Punk defeated Darby Allin in his debut match, Chris Jericho defeated MJF in a career threatening match, the Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. and Rey Fénix) defeated The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in a steel cage match to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship, Britt Baker defeated Kris Statlander to retain the AEW Women's World Championship, and Miro defeated Eddie Kingston to retain the AEW TNT Championship. The event also saw the AEW debuts of Ruby Soho, Minoru Suzuki, Adam Cole, and Bryan Danielson.

Tickets for the event sold out within a day. It was met with acclaim by critics, with much of the praise being focused on the steel cage match between the Lucha Brothers and the Young Bucks.

"All Elite Wrestling, LLC (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion founded in 2019. Its inception was announced by entrepreneurs Shahid Khan and his son Tony, with the former acting as the promotion's lead investor, and the latter being the founder, president and CEO of the company. Professional wrestlers Cody Rhodes, Matt and Nick Jackson, and Adam Page, collectively known as The Elite, were the promotion's inaugural contracted talents. Rhodes and the Jacksons are serving as both in-ring performers and executive vice presidents alongside Kenny Omega, fellow professional wrestler and co-founder of The Elite.

Since October 2, 2019, AEW has produced a two-hour weekly television show, AEW Dynamite, airing live on TNT in the United States. CBS Sports described AEW as ""the first company with major financial backing to take a swing at beginning to compete with WWE on a major level in nearly two decades""."
