Biu Jee - 鏢指 - Wing Chun In Montreal’s Old Port

Biu Jee means “darting fingers” and is Wing Chun’s 3rd form.
Location: Old Port of Montreal, Canada.

Biu Jee builds on the fundamental techniques learnt in the previous two forms by teaching us to generate inch power and use “emergency hands” to regain Centreline as soon as possible.
