Do not like buckwheat!?!? / LOVE / A delicious and simple recipe for buckwheat porridge in a pan!

We will need:
buckwheat - 1 cup
minced pork - 250 gr.
onion - 2 pcs. (small)
carrots - 1 piece (medium)
tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon
champignons - 100 gr.
salt, pepper to taste
Chop the onion, put it in a preheated pan and fry for 3 minutes.
We rub the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the onion, fry for 3 minutes.
Slice the mushrooms and place in the pan. Fry 5 min.
Then add minced meat, mix.
Salt, pepper.
Fry for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato paste, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.
After pouring the buckwheat, level it over the surface without stirring.
Pour out one and a half glasses of water. We wait for the boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid for 20 minutes.
