πͺ Shoulders Workout For Beginners | No Equipment
Today we will do a shoulders workout.
This workout is great for beginners, but if you're not a beginner already, you can use dumbbells.
Workout plan:

In each round there are 5 exercises

For 1 repeat 30 seconds
β
30 seconds break between rounds.
π€ΈββοΈ Don't forget to warm up! Do each exercise calmly, tensely, thinking about the muscle that you are tense.
