THE 20K Challenge Rules | Car Mechanic Simulator 2021

So there are no rules for the 20k challenge so i tried to figure out a way of making it a challenge and at the same time make it fair.
So here it goes my rule set. I will be doing a dry run during my live stream to see if this works and is fun enough to play.
