Florida Republicans Looking at Ending Disney World’s Self-Governing Over “Don’t Say Gay” Law Stance

Back when Walt Disney was alive, he negotiated with the state of Florida for Disney World to be self-governing over itself and all the land it controls as part of the park. It has the power to tax, its own police and fire, etc, as a result of this arrangement. Which one would think those who are running the company today would do everything in their power to not screw things up when it comes to this deal with how much Disney stands to lose if the state were to take it all away. But, they were all too stupid to do that and now the company is facing this very prospect over its stance on Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law..
