Attempting to re-create the Mack from Convoy. Sad news for music, movie and Trucking fans as William Fries Jr., better known as CW McCall passed away at age 93 following a battle with cancer. McCall will be remembered best for his No. 1 Trucking Anthem Convoy, which topped both the country chart and billboard hot 100 in 1975.
