Carmen Montiel, From Venezuela to America and Congress

Carmen Montiel grew up in Venezuela before moving to the United States, first to go to college, but permanently later through the legal immigration process. She knows first hand how Venezuela went down the wrong road. Now she wants to use her passion for the United States while in Congress to do her part to save it from going down the wrong road.
