Canning Pickled Beets & How To Make Borscht Soup! | Horse Racing Century Mile Race Track

Today we pickled some beets and make some borscht soups! There are many ways to make borscht the most common being vegetarian or beef borscht. We try different ways to make borscht Russian, Ykarine or just put in whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator. We also pickle some beets out of the garden.
then take a trip to our local horse race track to check out the horse races at the century mile casino in Leduc, Alberta Canada.
