Akbash vs Labrador Size Difference

People often think that Luke and Leia are labradors when they see pictures of them. But they are actually akbash, a Turkish livestock guardian breed known to fight off lions, bears, and wolves. They keep the mountain lions at bay here at Sasquatch Wallows. This video shows how much larger they are than our fully grown and fat lab Dixie.
