Review of Arthur, discussion about Penny's life and the care needed for an old horse

Arthur is putting on weight more easily than I hope. I suspect because he had only just lost it after many months of regaining. Penny is also putting her weight back on. It will still take a few more weeks for Penny and probably a couple of months before Arthur is nice and round.
