Yet another sign or affirmation that we can see what is going on in today's Housing Market and that we understand what will occur in the very near future. More and more people (Industry analysts, economists, financial people, etc.) are now chiming in about the potential future issues with regards to Home Price Appreciation and values, rising Mortgage Interest rates and how it will play out and effect the Housing Market. Recently the Dallas FED stated that they are seeing some "exuberance" in the Housing Market that is reminiscent of the previous Housing Crash in 2008 as well as the financial issues that accompanied it.
