U.S. Military Declares Bump Stocks Are Not Machine Guns!!!

In this video I discuss a recent Navy-Marine Corps court ruling which found that bump stocks do not meet the definition of a machine gun. This cuts against the ATF's regulation of the devices. This case could also aid future bump stock case challenges and future court cases challenging the ATF's interpretation of frames and receivers and pistol braces.
