This is the Back to Eden garden tour Paul Gautschi gave on 6-20-21. In this part of the B2E tour, Paul talks about the collinear hoe, growing carrots in winter, and the minerals in dirt. Nick tells his story about fighting the city to keep his chickens when he was younger. They also talk about adding material to your garden every year, composting, and watering the garden.
