But are you giving your pre and post workout meal the attention required?
If not, it’s a good idea to do so! It turns out that consuming the right nutrients BEFORE AND AFTER you exercise is just as important asthe workout itself!

So here a pre or post workout meal idea for you!!

All you need for this is a blender or food processor – and the only cooking is for the pasta (gluten free).
This tastes delicious, but my goodness, the colour!

Beet and feta cheese quinoa pasta recipe below 👩🏻‍🍳 :

1 steamed beetroot
200g feta cheese
extra feta cheese to sprinkle on top
2 tbs of grapeseeds oil or olive oil
extra oil for drizzling
1 tbs of salt
