Tired, but MOTIVATED! 150 Kgs x 9 Squat

I had a really poor night of sleep, and was not feeling so great. I even briefly debated taking the day off, and training the following day; but I am TOO MOTIVATED. Besides, I have felt way worse and trained, so why couldn't I do it this time? You are not always going to feel your best, and you do not always have to hit PRs to progress. Being CONSISTENT, and putting in the TIME and EFFORT is key. Despite everything, I am quite pleased with nine reps at this weight. Only one short of my previous best. I could have even tried to match, or beat it, but that last rep went pretty slowly, and I don't want to push myself too hard, where I will sabotage myself in the future. I figured I would also do a little post set chat, since I haven't done one in a while 🤟🏻
