3 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
1 ⅔ cup confectioners sugar
¼ tsp cream of tartar
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp freeze dried raspberry powder
Food coloring (optional)

FILLING

3 egg yolks
½ cup butter softened
⅓ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp freeze dried raspberry powder
Fresh raspberries
