When Maxine Waters had nothing to say to a group of homeless people, she panics, and then has the audacity to tell HOMELESS people to "go home".
Not only is this an act of blatant disrespect, but Maxine Waters, and other politicians with her same motives know they're in deep trouble for not responsibly spending taxpayer dollars and allocating them to intended sources.
