Single serving

3oz Crown Royal
4 Dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
.5oz simple syrup
1 bar spoon Luxardo Cherry syrup, plus 1 Luxardo Cherry
1/2 slice ruby red grapefruit plus 1/2 slice for garnish

In a cocktail mixing glass, put in 2-3 cubes of ice, 1)dash bitters over ice 2) add simple syrup, 3)add cherry syrup, 4) add grapefruit, add Whiskey. (order is important). Stir till cold. Use hawthorn strainer, to strain into fresh glass with 2-3 cubes of ice. Add cherry and grapefruit to garnish. You can multiply the recipe to make more than 1 drink at a time.
