Shasta County supervisor Les Baugh gives his position on a new jail

It seems as if citizens were surprised of a plan for a new jail. All of a sudden there was this expensive 120 million dollar plan for a very complex rehabilitation center. Less Baugh and supervisor Patrick Jones were a bit miffed.
