Rowdies head coach nearing high-level coaching certification

Tampa Bay Rowdies head coach Neill Collins is one step closer to being qualified to coach in the highest level of European pro soccer. He's in no hurry to leave the Bay area, but he's eventually trying to reach his ultimate goals.
