Today I am happy to be participating in a fantastic collaboration! The Women of Faith Easter Desset Collaboration! Thanks to Darlene from the Souper at 60 channel for hosting this awesome collaboration! I am sharing a taste of my childhood today! My Great Aunt Mary's Apricot Jam Cake! This one is so simple and delicious. The taste at the end took me back to that Easter table with all my loved ones who are no longer with us. I was blown away at how a taste can conjour up all those feelings! This cake is so simple and delicious! Simple yellow cake, with sweet apricot preserves and sweetened coconut layered in between and on top. So simple and delicious I hope you give this one a try and I hope you love it!
