Critics wonder if President Biden's oil plan will help lower prices at the pump

President Joe Biden made a major announcement Thursday to try and ease the pain at the pump saying the U.S. will release up to 180 million barrels of oil from the nation's emergency supply. But some critics worry if this will actually help and whether the president's move will leave the U.S. vulnerable in the future.
