TIOF embarked on an Exploratory Research Study on Digital Rights in Malaysia to effectively develop policy recommendations. This session is a an open discussion forum of initial data gathered in the research. The process involved participatory analysis of the information from the research within the framework of finding out successes, challenges and opportunities to move forward.
