Athanasia Nikolakopoulou performs The kites (Oi hartaetoi) by Mikis Theodorakis (7/29/1925 - 9/2/2021) on her guitar transcription. The piece is an hommage to the composer who recently passed away. This piece formed the introductory music of the Greek series "Peri anemon kai udaton" (2000-2003).
Video shooting was done at Filopappou Hill on the day of "Kathara Deftera" of 2021, a day that is celebrated in Greece the tradition to fly a kite.
