Recession signal just triggered so what's next for Real Estate?

We now have a few different recession signals including two different yield curve inversions and spiking price of oil. When you add in staggering inflation data along with supply chain issues, it sure makes it seem like someone, somewhere, doesn't know what they're doing. That said, we expect real estate to be the go-to asset in this down-turn to come. Stocks could really get slammed and I think that's right around the corner.
