A Tacoma elementary school told students to wear a mask while chewing & swallowing their lunch. When asked to explain the bizarre policy, the district pointed to guidance that didn't exist. In fact, it said the opposite of what they claimed. Jason Rantz breaks it down. (September 23, 2021)
